Our main purpose at PP Kennels is dedicated to preserving this bloodline for all fanciers. Our stock is directly descended from the most memorable producer from recent history, Crenshaw’s (Irish Jerry’s) Honeybunch. Our strain is through one of the greatest line-bred individuals of this world-famous family, Rocca’s Stonewall, a half brother/sister from Honeybunch.
 
A strong friendship with Mr. Rocca since the 1990s made possible the acquisition of a solid gene pool as foundation stock, the same bloodline we at P&P Kennels have enjoyed well-rounded success with since 1995. Mr. Rocca, an ADBA judge in seven countries and three continents for over 30 years, has made available to us a lineage that is unsurpassed.

 
Our key progenitor, PPK'S (Rocca’s) Willy White, is a tightly line-bred Stonewall male from his best son bred to his best daughter. Willy was the main (and also the last) stud dog at the Rocca Kennel. Willy represents the purest individual in Europe bred down from years of blending the Rocca’s Stonewall, Red’s Red, and Ziggy’s Nipper bloodlines. Results from best-to-best breedings, still keeping the famous old dogs up close on the pedigree, formulated a strain that carried an already successful kennel into the next century while in the hands of other serious breeders worldwide.

 
Our selection of genotype (heredity information of a breed) and phenotype (beauty, athleticism and temperament) are based on the most fundamental points of breeding for desirable qualities of the APBT. Our goal is to continue using intelligent, friendly animals in our breeding program to enhance the positive aspects of this breed and minimize the possibility of aggressive temperament or physical defects.

 
To maintain our standards we will make only a few breedings. Each litter will come through carefully selected matings to produce only a small number of puppies each year – quality not quantity. Our brood stock is like vintage cars, admired by everyone. But only those with the passion and understanding to preserve a valued piece of history can appreciate their value and potential.

If they were had to reassume in an only word, all the historical and technical concepts that belong to this universe, without any shade of doubt that word would be “Passion”..

“Passion" explains the possibility of the human one to melt a great part of his own conscience with the wild nature of these animals, that become appendix of his own character and a constant reflex in his life that, thanks to this, it is freed by all the traditional rules and softly subdued to his, in the same instant, constantly, for the whole life.

The time of the others is different, from ours, the nature doesn't know the hours, the minutes, the seconds...
It doesn't tell you that it is time of “this or of that” so that every your action is a direct contact with a more ancient dimension, that crosses the plots of the time as all of us we intend it... and it is then that you perceive how much, a simple gesture as a caress or a slap, is in reality more ancient than that you can imagine, that comes from very distant once in which the hours, the minutes, the seconds, didn't have the whole importance that we give them, today…
